Joining TLT from Gilson Gray, Keith brings over a decade of experience to TLT’s commercial dispute resolution team in Scotland.
A highly experienced commercial litigator, Keith acts for a wide variety of high-profile individuals and organisations in business, sport and politics, including on complex cross-border disputes, property disputes, contentious insolvencies and fraud claims.
A well-known and respected commercial litigator, he has become a go-to advisor to several football clubs and has in-depth experience providing advice to players, clubs, and representatives on a wide range of legal matters. Some of Keith’s work has included acting as in-house counsel for Rangers Football Club and advising on insolvency and regulatory matters for the administrators of Heart of Midlothian plc.
At TLT, Keith will support the firm on general commercial litigation matters expanding on the firm’s expertise in its core sectors – future energy, digital, financial services, leisure, food & drink, real estate and retail and consumer goods – as well as sports.
Keith joins TLT’s growing team in Edinburgh and follows the recent appointments of leading corporate partner Douglas Roberts, commercial managing associate Dr Julie Nixon and corporate senior associate Nimarta Cheema.
