The 2023 Edinburgh Jazz & Blues Festival has been launched, signalling another magnificent year for the internationally acclaimed festivals in Edinburgh.
Council Leader Cammy Day, accompanied by Culture Minister Christina McKelvie and Jason Rust, Chair of the Edinburgh Jazz & Blues Festival, inaugurated the event last night. The festival’s opening night featured captivating performances by Baila Venezuela and Marianne McGregor.
Taking place over ten days from 14-23 July the festival will include over 110 concerts featuring: top Scottish bands, international stars, and festival favourites alongside new names.
