Edinburgh-based digital agency Outrank has been ranked 81st in Europeโs Best 100 Small & Medium Workplaces 2026, making it the second-highest ranked marketing business on the list.
The company, located on South Charlotte Street, has seen rapid growth, expanding its team from 17 employees in 2023 to nearly 60 in 2026. This expansion reflects its evolution from a digital agency into a technology-enabled SME growth platform, combining consultancy services with proprietary technology and customer acquisition strategies.
The European workplace ranking is based on confidential employee feedback collected through the Great Place To Work Trust Index survey, which measures trust in management, respect, fairness, relationships, and leadership. Over 1.5 million employees across Europe contributed to this yearโs research.
Stephen Robinson, founder and CEO of Outrank, said the recognition was especially meaningful because it came directly from employees. He highlighted the importance of maintaining company culture amid rapid growth and change.
Outrankโs European accolade follows its recent recognition in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work list and previous rankings in the UKโs Best Medium Workplaces, where it rose from third place in 2025 after being 77th in the small company category in 2024.
