St Mary’s Music School in Edinburgh is offering two unique opportunities this October for young musicians to experience a day of expert tuition and discover life at a specialist music school.
The Instrumental Taster Day on 6 October is designed for aspiring instrumentalists (Years P4 to S6) who want to refine their skills and gain insights from expert teaching staff. Whether you play strings, woodwind, brass, or piano, the day promises hands-on learning in an inspiring environment.
Later in the month, the Vocal Taster Day on 27 October is dedicated to those with a passion for the classic voice. Participants will receive guidance from our experienced vocal staff and enjoy workshops to enhance their technique, repertoire, and confidence in performance. If you are aged 13 to 18 and have been receiving singing lessons for 12 months or more, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Both days offer a fantastic chance to explore the school facilities, meet other young musicians, and immerse yourself in a day of music.
