On March 27th at Leith Arches, Argonaut Books will host the launch of bestselling author Nicholas Binge’s latest book, Dissolution, in support of Alzheimer’s Scotland.
The hotly anticipated new release is already being developed by Sony Pictures for major motion picture, with Oscar-nominated screenwriter Eric Heisserer (Arrival, Birdbox) penning the adaptation.
Because dementia and the way it affects our loved ones is a core part of the book’s story, Binge has chosen to use the launch in order to raise money for Alzheimer’s Scotland.
The full proceeds of the ticket price will go to this charity, as well as the proceeds from a literary raffle run on the night — including signed and special editions from a wide range of authors and donations from local businesses. Not your standard book launch, this promises to be fun-filled and interactive event, with a range of artistic and community-driven projects to get involved in. The event is open to the public and tickets can be purchased from Argonaut Books here:
